Wisconsin farmers are currently cranking out a veritable smorgasbord of summery goodness, and one of the best parts of that bounty is the sweet corn! We knew we had to get it on a pizza, and after a little R&D, we’re pretty confident that we nailed it! The C.B.R. is smothered with a base of fresh sweet corn sauce, topped with smoked gouda and mozzarella, applewood bacon, charred corn, roasted tomatoes, and arugula, and finished with just the right amount of smoked tomato vinaigrette and dill ranch. This one, as the kids would say, is an absolute BOP. Try it this week!

We try to get as much feedback as possible from you, our beloved guests, and one thing that we’ve learned over the last year or so is that you LOVE anything Caesar-related. Because we love you, we had to throw a Chicken Caesar Wrap on the lunch menu, and we had to do it RIGHT. This bad boy is jam-packed full of flavor, but still light enough to make you feel good about your dietary decisions. Come on in for lunch and see what it’s all about!
